I'm glad the narrative is starting to shift. People are beginning to question the idea pushed by mainstream media about a so-called "Male Loneliness Epidemic." In reality, what we're seeing more and more is a growing Female Loneliness Epidemic—and it's becoming harder to ignore.
To the women out there: it's important to understand that men haven't drastically changed—the changes have largely come from shifts in women's attitudes, expectations, and behaviors. While we know this doesn’t apply to all women, the actions and voices of a few are making a lot of noise and casting a shadow over the rest.
If you truly care about the collective image and well-being of women, it's time to address those few who are the loudest and most disruptive—because they’re shaping a narrative that affects everyone.
